Fresh Mixed Milk Martone Offers Tangy, Buttery Flavor

LaClare Farms has introduced Martone, a fresh surface-ripened cheese made with a combination of cow’s milk and goat’s milk. Available in plain and with an ash coating, the cheese has a clean flavor and pleasing tang with buttery characteristics. 

This is LaClare Farms’ second mixed milk creation, following the popular Ziege Zacke Blue collaboration with Roelli Cheese Haus.
